The original use of the Vortex technology was to separate gasses based 
on their molecular weight and was not the cooling phenomenon.   That use 
purpose was why I incorporated the Implosion Technology into my Patent 
for the Hydrogen Reactor. The Implosion Technology worked perfect for 
separating Hydrogen from Carbon Dioxide based on molecular weight.  
Centripetal is totally opposite of the well known Centrifugal  
applications.

Just how the IONIZATION counters the gravity force is an ongoing 
research effort.  We know it has something to do with the cooling 
effects and negative ionization.  Joel McClain found the effects dealing 
with the famous Neiper Ring.
