Norm,

Yes the vortex as a separator of charge is overlooked and reminds me of
the Kelvin rainstorm.  However there seems to be more to the AG story
than simply the charge else a lifter design could lift more than balsa
wood with a million volts of potential.  My opinion is two things are
required for the AG result to manifest and the negative/cold polarity
charge is one.
