����� Around mid September I put together an electrolysis cell similar to the Miles Nickel Cold Fusion Cell with the goal of exploring the possibilities of making what is termed �Pristine Water�.�� This water which will be used by Homeopaths will have had all memory or information removed.� This is accomplished by recombining monatomic hydrogen and monatomic oxygen as generated in a properly designed cell.� This is the ultimate in purity since this is water with conditions at the time of original creation.� �Wholy Water�is a term coined by my dear freind and fellow researcher Joe Tyls of Vancouver, BC.�� After several weeks of successful operation producing water that had all the earmarks of a true �pristine water� a fellow researcher suggested using an alternate electrolyte.�� A solution was selected that contained 77 colloidal minerals as found in plants that are the easiest assimilated into the body.�� With the electrolyte changed the cell was put back into operation as before with a nice recombination burn and production of the sought after �pristine water�.������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� �������
��� After about an hour of operation the cell went absolutely �nuts� with the temperature rapidly climbing to boiling point and the current out of sight.� When the cell was opened we found a deep red sludge deposit which shorted the cell plates.�� Our first thought was that the electrolytic action precipitated out the colloidal minerals which caused the deposit found.�� The� electrolyte was allowed to settle out the precipitate.�� After� decanting off,� the clear electrolyte was returned to the cell for another run. Again the cell operated normally for about an hour with a normal recombination burn and recovery of the water being consumed by the cell in the splitting action.�� Again the cell temperature and current mirrored the first run.� Again the cell contained the same amount of sludge residue.�� This process was repeated ten (10) times with exactly the same results.�� All of the sludge was carefully dried and weighed on an electronic scale with a five decimal resolution.��������������������� The cell plates and all hardware were weighed to determine any loss of mass that may contribute to the mass gain observed in the sludge.� Five hundred (500) ml of the original electrolyte solution used in the cell was vacuum distilled to determine the exact mass of colloidal minerals contained.� When all factors were considered we came out with a mass gain of� 48 gm which cannot be explained by conventional electrolysis.����������������������
��� After talking to Dr. Robert Bass and Hal Fox I learned of a patent that has been filed on the transmutation of elements in the cold fusion cell which is the process that Dr. John Bockris has been so active in.�� Both Dr. Bass and Hal Fox stated that what I was observing is not the same as the transmutation observed in the cold fusion cell since I have a overall mass gain and not a lateral movement of elements in the periodic table toward lighter elements with a resulting heat release.� This unusual cell operation has caused quite a reaction in the scientific community. �At this time I have built a complete new cell with every possible factor which could possibly explain the mass gain considered and documented.� The ten (10) consecutive runs on the new cell will be completed soon and a report will be forthcoming.�� What is interesting about this phenomenon is that when an eleventh run was made with the original electrolyte exactly the same amount of residue was recovered as in the previous ten runs.�����������������������������������������������������������������������

Since the same electrolyte is reused each time with only distilled water being added to replace the volume lost by the removal of the solids and the water recovered by the recombination burn we are hard pressed to explain the observed phenomenon.���� The electrolyte appears stronger in mineral concentration and shows no sign of depletion.��������������������������������
�� After confering with Joe Tyls we arrived at the conclusion that the 77 colloidal minerals contained in the electrolyte provide the atomic templates needed for the monatomic hydrogen (father of all the elements) to replicate selected elements in this exotic mixture.� If you subscribe to the theories of the late Walter Russell and his explanation of the octave based periodic table with monatonic hydrogen being what he describes as hydrons (precursor to hydrogen) then it is possible for the replication of elements directly from energy input alone.� This is how all matter was created in the beginning as described by Schappeller in �The Physics of the Primary State of Matter�.��� I will keep all informed as to our progress and findings in this very intriguing venture.

I remember from a retired electronic engineer� speaking on something like this, what gases are you using?
He said I think there was a standard one available in the 50s and 60s. Triode� maybe ( a stable gain with in, cathode applications ?) , I do not recall the details.
Said they stopped making them but there was a knock off available from Russia.� Whats your application?
The construction on my favorite cell is really nothing special , currently just hammering elements for now looking for reaction times,
in hopes of getting the best values with in a specific time of efforts.
A Fleischmann and Pons � exercise� only a wider variant of elements with increased inputs.
� Symbiotic like values. such as .1�� .01 .001 ,0001 and so on.
�The higher the temp , the higher the exchange rates, the longer� and higher stay of a quick pressures kind of thing.
Hoping to get a combined attachment that can be a standard.
Currently I am out of time on my daily schedule again .
I would how ever like to get some thing to solve the controller aspect.

Bart,
Below are some possible solutions, if I knew more of what you are building I could be more specific.� My current project is undertaking the plasma magnetic field creation but will be utilizing RF pulses of a couple hundred watts from a� switch mode supply.� After preliminary research and configuring output to drive hydrogen thyratrons I may build the design into a half bridge for more control.
How are you varying the stoichiometry of the HHO mix?
For the power levels you are considering electric vehicle controllers look like the answer and are a bit pricey again unless you want to break out the soldering iron.� By the time you build 3 bridges to fire off a lower power controller it's that much more time involved.

Had to think while shaking off the incident as to what� I would tell them. You have to understand I ran it hundreds of times so it became a very entrusted

So I decided to go with a bench build of an old single rotor snowmobile motor, oddly I can not recall the brand just now.
But I set it up with some mods of an alternator 300amp @ 5 to 1� ratio from the crank.I want to see what� stoichiometry I am running with.
CFM is high but thinking I can loop most.
Hoping the work force per base does enough work required for the timely values.
Probably not good but I am hoping to change it up on the fly as needed.
I purchased an old 05 rx8 yanked the motor and am now waiting on the 3 thou over sized ceramic racing kit for it.
Mick I do need something here maybe you can help source it if you would. I need a controller , now days I am told you can get high amp.
So if its Christmas I would like to dial 0- 1200 amp 12 to 72 vdc� preferably one with a variant like ability ,one where I can tap up and down on the lab top.
In my day I probably could solder and glue some thing up but now a day no way.
Money is tight as I feeding to many generosities . Really need to get back on the making money thing again.

Bart,
I love Wankels, learned to rebuild them when I was 16 out of necessity after my rx3 car seized.� That is an interesting rotary engine with the pivot rotors however there is a way to get compression without the eccentric shaft by adding an external compressor like in a turbine, this could be dial a compression ratio based on fuel type.� The Wankel is a no brainer for a diesel, not sure why this has not yet emerged as it would run cool enough to poss not have the fuel quenching issue.� The main issue with the Mazda's is the area of the combustion chamber with the cooling galleys running across it.� This causes a large thermal differential, quenching the raw fuel that gets ejected out the tailpipe.� Seems the rotary could be easily adapted to an implosion engine!
What did you find experimenting with HHO and the possibility of building an implosion engine?
Some serious lab issues...� DAMN... sorry to hear this.� Glad you did not get hurt or warehoused for blowing up Canada.�
