Looking back at our efforts to understand a new form of electricity that
is the inverse form that we are all too familiar with. Some call it
negative electricity, I call it the Magneto-Electric effect. We will
get into the Negative ionization which sheds light on the Anti-Gravity
effects often seen in our experiments but go unexplained. A clue,
