Body
Also it can be any number of poles and or commutator or brushes , the WYE connection will be universal ,
some experimental notes :
hi voltage will cause brush segment crossover arcing , ( on back EMFP ) during brush disconnect !
no shunting means motor will tent to accelerate with no restriction this will create huge voltage spikes .
be careful commutation can deliver very hi voltage spikes and make you jump like a frog tossed
in a Yellowstone hot geyser pool wile touching the wrong wire , yes even if using a 12V car battery
more if using secondary extra brushes to capture the CEMP release !
be careful!
revise my old notes on 40 phase alternator WYE & DELTA wiring .....

Any DC pm motor !
Try an small one first! using WYE ring as shown voltage rating is V x 2 current rating is I/2
there are several options like using one pole or offset poles or extra .
had told several times the delta setup self shunts dc motors not the WYE one. why built a Bedini
motor if all DC motors can be turned to Newman , Bedini , and RV motors .....? why stay reworking useless shit time after time ? DC motor rotor cores are hi quality laminate else hysteresis burns them within working minutes in the crosscurrents ...
there is no excuse ,. there are several ways to combine also the brush segments in invert shorting to create huge spikes using extra brushes ! ( neutral spikes within rotor ) Read kelly on his never disclosed self running DC motor , fist disclosure it worked in WYE not delta , and 3 brushes can be used to tap 3 phase DC pulsing power.

Hi Hector
Can you give bit.mote elaboration on this double brush WYE not DELTA dc motor simple modification?
Some question;
Is this a 3ph DC motor you are talking about? Like electric bike dc motor?
And/or dc treadmill motor?
DC stepper motor could this possibly work?
Man you give abit.more info maybe link to suitable motor?
One thing I see easy to do is use two motors mated at shaft, one gets juice pumped through as usual, the other uses its brush commutator mechanism only for timing purposes to bring out the "reverse energy" and now the timing of the second set of brushes is easily adjusted in relation to the main motor getting the juice...now you can do the approx 5 degree delay like an echo I always talk about for people to try as to when the backemf/flyback/reverse energy connects to caps....
The EYE configuration reminds me of rotovertor with run cap phase....maybe you are thinking very similar but dc motor and 3ph type and only run on two windings but bring out power with 3rd into caps like AC rotovertor and also fill same caps or others with the backemf/ recoil/ flyback reverse energy as well??
