I guess first take that golden motor up to high rpms like 5500 see if it has sweet spot where the delayed Lenz effect happens which will probably be in a 200rpm range window above and below ( so if it is found no Lenz at 5500 there will be Lenz braking above 5700 and below 5300rpm as probable xample)
Once you find no Lenz rpmd then build step up belt and pulley assembly so prime mover (rotovertor?l) runs at comfortable speed but golden motor really raving.
If yo want golden motor as prime mover, then I would guess spin some sort of generator with permanent magnet rotor at its delayed-Lenz rpm window with it.
Perhaps good test to find delayed Lenz rpm window in various motors working as generators is to run treaill motor on 120vac through fwbr and use variac for speed control...
Keep eyeball on amps input and spin motor working as generator with heavy load on it and see what rpms the amps input goes down dramatically
General rule of thumb if 16 magnet rotor  against ferrous cored coil expect around 2200rpm if coil about 16 ohms (woopys test results)
I will guess that 5500rpm bedini mentioned to Bart is for 6 magnet rotor stepper motor where delayed Lenz kicks in...i bet with cores your big Muller would have no Lenz also around that 2200 rpm too.
Gary said original builder did not need flywheel to loop itnut  just made it easier when load was intriduced.
