Since we have breached that subject of tornadoes and lightning it is
interesting to go back and do a little review as to how we got here.
Would you agree that a typical tornado is nothing but a huge Van de
Graff generator of sort? There is a huge ionizing effect occurring
around the base of a tornado. Fact! A percentage of lightning is of
positive polarity which produces the upper atmospheric phenomenon called

producing an obvious Anti-Gravity effect in tornadoes. Like Joel
