I don't see the point of having the rotoverter and generator in between the battery and inverter. Citing from below the video:
"RotoVerter of 5 HP coupled to a Car Alternator of 45 Amper 14 Volts, loading the 2 batteries connected in series 24 volts, that feeds the Nobreak 1200 VA, that feeds the Loads, that in the case 165 Watts of Light !!! All this Energy Spent 2.6 Amperes x 1 Phase 120 Volts + Neutral = 312 Watts"

If getting 165W load power from 312W consumed from the battery that's quite much waste! Why not just get an inverter for the battery voltage to output the voltage for the lamps. That could be done with around 90% efficiency to only waste around 10% of the power instead of almost half the power being wasted. With only the inverter between the power source and load there is even less equipment to wear and fail.
