Never saw your you tube channel b4, brilliant stuff!  Like the Fiat with 
the swell pedal.

Yes the washing machine motors are awesome and like you say are easy to 
make into Brandt motors.   Muller motor strikes me as superior gen head 
than motor, but maybe not have to get head space thinking around pulse 
set in BLDC rather than AC 3d but still there is elegance in the AC 
Tesla design and enclosed flux circuit for torque.  Would love to hear 
your comparisons and where you think each is best.

As U say very likely the extra slot could have been for rest as in the 
pics he has broken off slots around the periphery of the stator plates, 
now that makes sense thanks.

The Muller builds you make are really cool.  I absolutely see the 
advantages to using both sides but what about if one desires Halbach 
array can this be executed with the Muller layout?

Disappointed I did not know Brandt in Oregon or would have had to track 
down and bother him.
