Mick! Your question regarding the ability to create the event reliably
all centers on the isolation of charge (capacitive & inductive) in an
isolated in space event! FLOATING NEUTRAL no ground reference. The
Neutral Spike manifest from earth ground side to cancel the isolated
charge in space. (No physical connection). Is this an aetheric
connection as in re-connection physics? The buzzer experiments were a
classic example since the entire little circuitry had no earth reference
and gave you the over 1000V shock if you touched an earth ground and
metal frame of buzzer. The bell transformer secondary winding was not
ground reference but acted as an isolation transformer. I salvaged a
lot of Medical Operating Room isolation transformers which gave total
isolation from A/C buss for the 120VAC equipment being used for
operating room. They ranged between 3KVA to 5 KVA in size. Interesting
when you think about it! In the Chinese fan motor example, the EE
Professor watched the experiment and used my meters (LCR and Fluke
meters) to get and idea as to amount of energy stored in the inductor of
the motor and capacitor but came up far short of explaining the huge
discharge seen all over 18ga. ZIP cord and small 22ga. motor windings.
(BTW, non damaged or burned). The components were: Emererson design
1/6HP, reversible shaded pole motor.

Now this is an interesting topic that most of you have never seen! Pick up any 20 amp circuit breaker and read about the instant current capability! The 22 ga. motor windings are rated at about 2 amps (normal) see AWG attachment specs for 22awg copper magnet wire. https://www.quora.com/Is-there-anything-such-as-a-10-000-amp-circuit-breaker.
Sound confusing to you? The last several destructive shots with the little Chinese motor totally vaporized the contacts of the revering contactor that was rated for 40 amps all over 18ga. hook-up wire. The only damage to the entire hook up was at the point of earth grounded contactor metal frame and annihillation of isolated charge during transition of reversing action. The exact same conditions were duplicated with the 5HP motor experiments. This tells me that anyone willing to follow the isolation of charge in space in reference to earth ground can do this. I firmly believe this is the MAGNETO-ELECTRIC Effect. NEUTRAL SPIKE!
All I had as far as scopes, was a 4 channel analog Tektronic (non storage) scope with standard 10X probes. You would have to have a very good storage scope to possibly capture the true picture of the event.
