Any signal has 2 conditions , current and voltage in phase =   NON broadcasting ! 


Current and voltage 90deg off phase  ( broadcasting )  RADIANT !!   = RE 

audio amp  ( no LC tanks or stages )

RF amp  LC tanks and or stages ......RF  =   RE  .

the best option is to convert HF,VHF ,UHF to  RF in the final antenna coupling stage after the coaxial end , coaxial capacitance taken into the equation ..

yes is complex as hell , but as i see i was the first to couple power engineering with RF engineering , RV is testimony to that .. so !
