Ole this is basically steady state hivoltage only can pass if damaged .this
try of charging of caps .is called cascade charging .with a series string
.and a earth ground on the end .Ben Franklin did it . by connecting a
hivoltage source to the first cap ...you have to pay for that charge the
rest in the string just steal from each other and balance out there
internal stress created by the hi positive or negative potential there
exposed to .its a shifting of electrons until all have the same charge .but
this can be deceiving in that yes they each contain the same amount of
electron that shifted but do go the volume or a capacitance shift it seems
different in each .if you look to the physics on the net they explain it
this way .you've cloned the original charge though electrostatic induction
.now this is tricky why well there all interrelated and if you can't keep
what you have accumulated your charge goes back to zero .so I was thinking
some diodes between the caps maybe might work ? But they might represent a
barrier to electron flow .? Untested if you remove the hivoltage everything
disappears .if they were to all fire at the same time it would be a dead
short to ground .so random firing works .unless each has its own batter or
larger cap to dump into .
