Regauginh means to flip polArity of.(?)...so cap you fill up one direction in polarity but upon discharge it flows opposiye and if electrostatic.perhaps the discharge an fillling process is on teeter totter and can go either direction because no Lenz law forces I don't know...what I described is regaugingu7 of CORE polarity as problem is cores if N N upon "approach" after the initial NN pulse the cores will clash from remnance magnetism and rotor will have to push through the clashing still N N magnetism to get to the alignment position for the next NN pulse...a magnet that rotor sweeps near by between pulsed can be such that it will regauge/flip polarity of the core do not only is there no backwards force  clash anymore upon approach, of rotor to stator, now it wl.balsoe s free Srotor Nstator power pull....also magnet induces power into the rotor coil too. Can be expanded to be Lenz free generator if power to load only taken out when coils buck
