I've been thinking on this energy extraction and I've been under the
impression that with a hivoltage plate you would need to move it out of the
field to extract the energy .but I didn't have to thinking back .the charge
built up in the adjacent cap that's connected to a good earth ground and
when the internal voltage was around 96 or so volts the neon that I had on
the caps terminals to short it would fire .I was using a string of these
like five at best try....but the single cap was over unity .charged by
electrostatic induction Thu the cap to ground not touching the source power
. I used a car coil and a verac to ajust voltage . that would make it a
electron pump many demos in physics show how one charged balloon can charge
hundreds of them on the same original charge . but it's equilivilent to the
fource needed to separate them .but a neon can just short it .now but a
battery there and use a MOSFET charge dump . might revisit it .
