What is your take on these devices, if you built it and then switched to
hi Q resonance systems it must not have met your expectations. Did the
flux switching not work reliably or not produce enough energy?

I was not aware of the Theta device, always thought the modern versions
began with Radus and his magnetic boots.

The Sweet device used conditioned magnets so same idea but more
efficiency.  Sweet had an industrial magnetizer in his apartment and I
think used a color TV to check when he conditioned one properly.

Being that the gain in these devices is likely low, except for the Sweet
device, the Smith concept of using volts as a multiplier makes good sense.

On the other side of things, the Dielectric which you have been thinking
about deeply, this makes sense as it is the most planetary natural in
ones face energy source and would likely be the first electricity most
civilizations would define and build.  I imagine that all sorts of high
technology are down this path of ions that we missed when moving to
magnet power.

I also think that Lenz and his irritating law are not apparent with
these machines as there is no B field of consequence prior to stepping
down so they are very asymmetric.

The H influence machine is marvelous, can you elaborate how the vacuum
electrostatic device works at CERN?
