Warren!  The problem that we experienced with the strange extraction of
anomalous energy from the aether was in our unsuccessful attempts at
make the circuits self power.  Tom Bearden, personally, in a face to
face conversation stated that it was not possible.  Sparky Sweet in his
testimony said it was not possible to interface the anomaly with
conventional power.    Your idea as to making hot water has merit, for
we powered DC motors and powered light bulbs (incandescent) with the
output. Yes!  You can dissipate the energy via a load resistor.

You mentioned Tickling it into life, Ultra high Q in a series resonant
circuit is the answer.

https://www.allaboutcircuits.com/textbook/alternating-current/chpt-6/q-and-bandwidth-resonant-circuit/

/At resonance the series resonant circuit appears purely resistive.
Below resonance it looks capacitive. Above resonance it appears inductive.
/

/We found that you have to extract this energy just to the right side of
the resonance peak which is ever so slightly on the inductive side of
the peak but in the still in the lossless region of the peak!  A good
scope will allow you to establish this relationship in your circuit!  It
is possible to achieve Q values up to 200.
