Pump the earth take a hivoltage source expose a plate to it the plates
connected to a large cap bank that can handle the voltage .touch the other
end of the cap bank to a good earth ground the attraction of the hivoltage
plat will pull electrons out of the earth to balance off the pull of the
hivoltage source .you can see it move on a amp meter in the ground line on
its lowest setting. Now dump it into a battery .the shift of electrons
electrostatic induction ..the problem is you have to move the plates away
from the source and by the time it's charged there an attraction to it
going on and it relates to the charge and it's about the same as the work
needed to pull it away .so use a Gary Westley ? Neutral zone on it four
magnets in repulsion mod and a steal piece on the neutral zone .it should
privet out of the zone easily .or in moving the plates out of a lineament
and extract the charge .you can charge a battery on the in by putting the
ground Thu the battery and on the iron piece with windings and the captured
charge on the cap!bank . could be automated with work . it's the old
charged balloon trick rub one touch the other zap you get shocked by
equalization .
