The Meyer system of stepped hivoltage cold electrical .on Patrick Keely's
PDF...if he hasn't removed it..in the new version . a Dr. somebody did the
work .I copied the design on paper I have his name somewhere I'm just a
little tied up right now to get it . but if you need it I will .
