Please don't get distracted with catch phrases like aether and etheric energy, telluric currents, schumann resonance, swamp gas, etc.  There is no need to search for a new hidden type of energy previously untouched by human hands. 

 Things are far more simple than that. 
 

 Its called the magnetic field. Its the same source of energy which powers motors and generators around the world and the only difference is one you pay for and one you don't if designed correctly. If you want an OU device learn how to access the magnetic field.  Think of a regular generator using a stator and rotor and convert to solid state.  MAX VSWR and Power Factor is KEY.  Use RF as a modulator. DC as a Carrier.
 

 Kapandze, Ruslan, Akula, TPU, Vasmos, they are all the same just the coils are wound different.
