Aetheric energy is induced to flow from many electrical sources such as
batteries and generators...
Aetheric energy can jump large gaps without a problem.
Electrical current flow as Tesla claimed can collapse aetheric current
flow, that is why he has short impulses...
So in a DC system with an open circuit, the aetheric energy is already
flowing, unseen, unrecognized.
Suddenly the current flows and the electrons try and eat up all the energy,
but sometimes it is to much and the aetheric energy pulls in too much other
energy and this is when you get a large spike!
So, it's not really closing an electrical circuit, rather it is collapsing
of an aetheric circuit!
And collapses bring in energy.
If you never fully collapse and never reverse the direction, then the
aetheric energy can remain and somewhat as with a Tesla system..
