I was commenting on the article not your opinion of the technology. 
That is quite something with the ball lightening, must have been the
phase conjugate from the motor reflecting along a transmission line
going some distance.  I don't understand how the ball of plasma works
but would guess it is a balance between the expanding forward time flow
and the reverse imploding time flow somehow creates a sphere but how it
self sustains for more than microseconds is fascinating and must have
something to do with spin and harvesting the ambient.  I know the Tesla
coils you scrapped Bob Golka was investigating ball lightening but I
never heard if anyone got a solid handle on the workings.
