Hi Mick,
The energy known as heat is actually electromagnetic power. Friction of electric current passing resistance is one way of making heat. If there is no resistance heat isn't generated. An exception is if hitting the frequency of heat which is the infra-red (IR) range of frequencies. This can be done by using light emitting diodes (LEDs). Smith mentioned that his coil showed no specific point of resonance and it only worked above some unknown power level. At 100W it worked OK but it didn't at 30W. My guess is that the working point had to reach the non-linear region of the ferrite. This is where it starts saturating the ferrite.
Tesla's hairpin circuit is a loop antenna or a transmission line with reflections (standing waves). The tensor coil according to Smith changes or folds into itself the three vectors of electromagnetism. The field should be like stacking doughnuts or smoke rings on top of each other. The tempic field (field of change) thus is carried in the center of the doughnuts which make the beam carry 'time' with it and giving the property of being instant from one end to the other. I.e. there is no time of propagation like with transverse electromagnetic (TEM) waves as time is carried along with the beam.
Perhaps the tensor beam is just shifting to what the ET people call a less dense reality with a greater speed of light.

Ole,
Heat is a scalar field too. I wonder what makes the distinction between the two types of energy one heating and one not my guess is high enough frequency. My experiments with short solid ferrite and pairs of opposite wound coils always present heat, the Smith experiment would be fun to try. Assuming he used a high frequency of RF rather than the low sound ones perhaps he was making a magnetic node RF antenna similar to Telas hairpin circuit or the small loop of metal that connects a ground plane antenna to the dipole and looks like an open rather than a direct short.

Hi Norman,
My guess is that you wound a bifilar resistor but using copper instead of resistance wire and that it performed just like that kind of resistor if the canceling of the fields worked perfect. Thus all the power was converted into heat. A calorimeter test could confirm that. Resistance converts electric power into heat power. With minimal inductance as well as capacitance the 8 Ohm impedance is mainly resistive (Ohmic). It has no reactive part to store the energy.
W.B. Smith made his tensor coil aka Smith coil or Caduceus coil. This coil is wound by a caduceus winding on a big ferrite tube. Smith tells that it can easily take 1kW of power without converting it to heat and with no normal detectable electromagnetic field. A second tensor coil made as a copy of the first one could pick up a signal from the ends of the transmitting tensor coil. The tensor coil transmits a thin LASER like beam that can't be shielded. The odd thing was that they couldn't measure any delay of the signal like when using radio waves or when transmitting signals through wires.
Here is some of W.B. Smith's description of how the coil was made:
"One ferrite core, material with the highest permeability and dielectric constant, about 8 inches to a foot long, and about 1 inch in diameter. About 20 feet of plastic insulated #14 electric house wire. Starting at the center of the wire and at one end of the core wind on the wire as closely as possible, with the first turn under and then over, so that the winding will be exactly symmetrical. It will start at one end of the core and finish at the other end and will resemble a solenoid with a bifilar winding. It is important that the winding be exactly symmetrical."

Smith further mentions that there has to be a hole through the ferrite core. I don't know if the core will work if constructing it from a stack of ferrite rings glued together. Else this would be a way to make such a core for experimenting.

Hello all! Since the subject of bifillar coils has surfaced again, Let me share a little experiment that was spurred by Tom Bearden when he published his Phase Conjugation ideas! Out of curiosity, I wound a long solenoid air core coil with two strand 18 ga. stranded zip wire. I was careful to wind the turns flat ,single layer tightly wound so that mutual induction between turns phase cancelled the vectors of the electric fields and the magnetic fields. what bifiliar should do. I used a Ramer Impedance Bridge to get my winding to the 8 Ohm impedance needed for my 100 watt/channel stereo amplifier when fed by a pure sine wave of 400Hz signal. (Note: I did not attempt to find a resonant point for the coil) The hook up is simple and You can watch on a scope the stereo amp output Channel A & B being exactly 180 degrees out of phase into the air core 8 Ohm / winding. When brought up to 100 watt power dissipation / channel into the 8 Ohm impedance there was no detectable fields either electric nor magnetic fields although the power meters showed a total of 200 watts of energy being consumed. What is your opinion as to the form that the power was converted into?? Yes there was associated heat generated in the air core windings. When phase cancellation removes the vectors from the equation, does the energy become Longitudinal wave without any detectable fields???

Hi Kone,
The energy has to be input as two separate parts and then mixed into a coherent single part to be extracted for driving the load. Look at how Pierre Cotnoir did it. His device didn't require resonance which makes it drive different loads without having to readjust everything. He has overcome the tuning bitch. I'll try something like that. But the progress is going very slow. This far two MOSFET hex bridges are completed and working.
Mixing energy is not just mixing voltage or mixing current as both of those parts as well as time (actually change) are parts of energy. Think of energy and not just the parts making up energy. Energy comes in quite many types. It's the output energy that has to be greater than the input energy to be able to extract free energy. The excess free energy is then extracted out of the cosmic background or aether of electrons (or positrons).

Hi James
Perhaps "bifilar backemf" (the inductive kickback spikes from a bifilar coil)
Is of greater power when first you split then combine the inductive kickback spikes produced.
This means bifilar half A is fed the.pulsed DC power (or alternating polarity pulsed DC for AC)
And steering diodes capture the kickback spike into cap (s).
Then the other half (B) of bifilar is not driven by direct power feed but rather is only induced by bifilar half A.
Now either combine kickback spikes from each into common cap or fill up separate caps for each bifilar half.
Could be creating a "coherence" condition as Ole speaks about, from W B Smith writings.
The capacitors filled need to be disconnected from the coil whenever they discharge to load for real power to be seen with no reflection back to primary input.
