Yes but the normal back EMF voltage level just isn't high enough to do
recharging .so they bifiler wind to up the voltage with out a lot of extra
solid state .the guys working on the three battery system use DC to DC
converters to get it up . and bedini showed on his scope the difference .my
work area just doesn't have the room. For one .that dual trace from China
that Rick showed everyone is cheap .
