The Angel Light and God Light I think are using frequency doubler technology. I remember an interview where Troy tells he's using blends of gases that researchers said would explode when shining LASER beams through them. The gases probably shift the frequency of the LASERs into wavelengths of cosmic waves. Perhaps by using optically nonlinear gases the frequency shifts are done like the heterodyne frequency shifts used in radio technology to make frequencies above the range of electronic components as well as stepping them down again in the receiving end. Something similar was done by the Nemescope of Dr. Elmer P. Nemes http://www.rexresearch.com/nemes/1nemes.htm to be able to see single atoms by using up to gamma ray radiation (cobalt gun) as light source and stepping down the frequency to the range visible by human eyes. This made it able to study living things that would have been killed if using electron microscopes and not limited by the resolution of electron microscopes.
