Warren the replication of that staccato hivoltage positive energy with no
return pathway .is the key to real free energy . and collection is easy .it
goes everywhere and electrifying everything in its path . a small unit
would be in order . very small to keep things safe and verified . those
quenching electromagnets seem nessary .but do able
