Welcome to the May newsletter. This month I thought I would get away from the electronic type devices and feature a rather overlooked form of energy which has some interesting characteristics, this being STEAM!! It would appear that steam is not dead, but like a lot of other things the processes of production and use just need to be looked at in a different way. Maybe this will give you some ideas to try for yourself.
APRIL MEETING
This months meeting began at 8.1OPM with 23 people present with no apologies this month. Ashley began proceedings by welcoming newcomers James and his son Matteo, and also Dudley from the Byron Bay group who delayed his return to NSW so he could attend the meeting. Kevin reported that we are still in the black and now have enough money to subscribe to the Extraordinary Science magazine. I then read out the correspondence received during the last month. This included a letter and video tape from Lee in Sydney, a Searl Group newsletter, a Dennis Lee newsletter, information from TEAP in WA, a letter from the Byron Bay ASTRO group telling us that their submission for a government grant has been lodged, and some H2 news from Ian in VIC.
Ashley continued the meeting by presenting Tony with an article on how to have an intimate relationship over the Intemet, and if that doesn't work he can look at the pictures in the rest of the magazine. Ashley also presented the group with some more videos (details later), brought up the subject of leaded verses unleaded petrol as seen in an article in NEXUS magazine and mentioned an item which appeared on the local community TV station, ACE TV, on a new injection system for the Split Cycle engine.
Tony then gave us the first talk for the night which was on the MRA device and included an explanation of a miniature-version which has now surfaced using common over-the-counter type parts. Roger then gave a demonstration of the TOMI device which he constructed from the information shown in last months newsletter, and guess what??? IT WORKED!!!! This demonstration was backed up by Tony showing a computer simulation of a modified version of the TOMI device. Andrew followed with a talk on Steam Injection in motor vehicles and specifically on the system that he is presently constructing. Andrew also spoke on the John Whittman-Ray process of Body Electronics and the amazing results that have been achieved with this process. Both of Andrews talks were well presented and well received by those at the meeting.
The meeting was then put back to general discussion amidst a false start in the race to the biscuits. Dudley spoke briefly on his involvement with a Democratic School in Byron Bay and also on his other project of setting up the Sustainable Settlement Research Institute. Peter then produced a flyer that he found on books dealing with sustainable building methods, etc. while Allan spoke about some Dan Winter information and presented a report on Subliminal Tapes for people to read. Michael presented an alternative books catalogue that he found on the Internet and an article on a rather interesting modified Holden engine. Dino talked of an article that he saw/read/heard? about entraining light through fibre optic cable so that the light actually does the switching. Finally Cedric passed around some photographs of his Adams Motor tests that he has been doing, and quietly stated that he was getting overunity. Hopefully he can bring it along to the next meeting so we can all have a look. The meeting proper finished at 10.30PM with the usual sugar fix (no cream puffs this month) and the last people leaving around midnight.
SUPER STEAM TECHNOLOGY PART 1
Peter recently gave me a copy of "TheAquarian Newsletter" produced by an English company called Aquarian Agency Ltd. This newsletter basically promotes all the technology that they are trying to sell with their main product being Aquastone. which is a "non shrinking, highly insulating, fire resistant, fast setting (even underwater) material made from gypsum waste". The interesting side of their products include Victor Schauberger vortex research, a salt removing liquid called Rodak, aimed at the agricultural market and a water purification system called Care Free which works by using harmonic movements. Finally they are also into steam, in fact they are working on "super steam" similar to Leonard Dorsetts work (see next article) as shown by the following quote from their newsletter.
"SUPER STEAM - A Tesla conference in Colorado surfaces new Super Steam Technology (SST). Leonard Dorsett and friends from Texas share strikingly similar views to Aquarian Agency Ltd. They have technology which produces steam instantly at up to 3,000F without a boiler and with 60% savings in fuel over traditional boilers. Nitrogen rich, it can put out gasoline fires and treat many waste problems. Of major importance to Aquarian, this nitrogen-rich steam will help to produce heat and Aquastone at considerable savings."

Leonard Dorsett (PO Box 365, Grapevine, TX 76092) demonstrated his Super Steam Technology at the 1994 International Tesla Symposium. SST is a system for producing steam at any temperature or pressure independently and instantly without the need for a conventional boiler. It can instantly produce steam of any temperature from hot water at 180F to super heated steam at over 3000F, while pressures can vary from 1PSI to 3000PSI with airflow volumes of 1CFM up to over 2000CFM. The system operates on propane, methane, petrol, kerosene, methanol, diesel, hydrogen or just about anything else that bums and converts virtually 100% of the fuel into usable energy. (Note: The person in the picture is Norman Wootan of MRA fame)
This all sounds great, but how does it work? The basis of the unit is a specially designed open throat chamber with controlled air, water and fuel interaction and a high voltage ignition resulting in a direct fire process establishing thermal zones. This creates a stoichiometric condition resulting in a full spectrum of steam product. Now comes the interesting part At the increased temperatures of steam, disassociation occurs. (Could this be a clue to running cars on water??) The hydrogen and oxygen reacts causing an exponential increase of energy resulting in super heated steam. A similar superheat process was addressed by Tesla in the October 12, 1911 publication of the "Engineering News Record".
Applications of the SST system include a much more economical way of producing electricity as no conventional boiler is needed. It will also be an ideal low cost method for heating and cooling homes and businesses. Small portable units can be developed for home use, such as steam cleaning, and insect and ant removal, without the dangers of insecticides. The system can also be used for low cost purification of polluted water or sewerage and can also convert salt water into drinking water both quickly and inexpensively. Other uses are in fire fighting applications, ice and snow removal from roads, etc. and sterilization and nurturing of soil for agriculture where contamination has occurred.

Last months article on the TOMI device brought a response from Steve of the WA Searl group in that the reference to the SEG doesn't mean Space Energy Generator, but does mean Searl Effect Generator. The article came straight off Internet but nevertheless I did not pick up the mistake. This is the second time I have been sprung by Steve, the first being when I spelt Searl with an "e" on the end. Thanks for the feedback Steve.

Although the explanation is designed for conventional steam engines, the article shows the tremendous amount of energy stored when PHASE CHANGE occurs from liquid to gas. This then raises the question that if steam can be produced "free" by using exhaust heat from a petrol engine, can this energy stored in the steam be used to generate extra motive power in the same engine?
"Latent Heat: If water be heated in an open vessel it will reach a temperature of approximately 212F (100C) and will then boil away without further rise in temperature. The added heat is absorbed in converting the water into steam.
It takes far more heat to convert water into steam than to raise its temperature. A pound of water heated to boiling from 32F absorbs only 18013TU, but in boiling away at 212F it absorbs an 996BTU additional. At atmospheric pressure the volume of steam is 1645 times the volume of water whence it came. This bulk of steam must displace an equal bulk of air, and part of the heat energy represented by the steam has been spent in pushing back the air to give it room. This will be made clearer from the sketch, showing a long tube open at the top and containing a little water in the bottom. On top of the water is a piston, supposed to be air-tight and without weight or friction. If the water be boiled into steam, the piston will be pushed upward against the atmospheric pressure a distance equal to 1645 times the original depth of the water. The work in foot-pounds thus done will be 14.7 times the area of the piston in square inches times the distance in feet through which it has moved. Approximately 7.45 percent of the heat imparted to the steam represents work done against the atmosphere; the remainder is spent overcoming the mutual attraction of the molecules of water. The heat which has been absorbed by the change of state from water to steam without change in temperature is called the latent heat of vaporisation."

FUEL/WATER VAPOUR SYSTEM WITH A DIFFERENCE
In another variation of fuel/water vapour injection is this idea which has apparently been tried with success by Mr Anonymous (and achieved 8OMPG). I have no personal knowledge of this system but it seems like an interesting combination of technologies which may just work. The general principle is to recirculate part of the exhaust gas back in through the carburettor. This has the effect of vaporising the fuel (and water if used) mixture using the heat from the exhaust gasses. This system is suited to a cross flow style of engine as the carburettor needs to be mounted at a distance from the inlet manifold to allow a smoother flow of gasses into the engine. The longer inlet pipe also allows time for the mixture to vaporise, (see diagram 1) and apparently can produce a turbo charging effect if the diameter and length of the pipe are calculated correctly.

As the exhaust comes out of the engine , it passes through an exhaust splitter which allows some gas to exit from the normal exhaust pipe, while the rest is recirculated back into the inlet manifold. If water injection is to be added, it can be sprayed into the system at this point. The basic division of gas is set by an adjustable deflector inside the splitter (see diagram 2) while the amount required by the engine at any given time is adjusted by a butterfly valve in the tube. This valve is inter-connected with another one on the carburettor and one at the inlet manifold to maintain the correct air/fuel ratio. The butterfly at the exhaust splitter is temperature controlled so that it cannot operate until the engine is warm.

"Water Vapour (water injection) is well known to increase the octane rating of petrol. (reduce knock or pinging) It also unfortunately reduces efficiency by robbing the fuel of a lot of its energy as it absorbs the Latent Heat of Vaporisation (refer to phase change technology). If however, the vaporisation of the water into steam is done outside of the combustion chamber, several interesting things happen.
The waste heat from the exhaust can be "harvested" and returned to the combustion process, producing steam at 300 to 400 degrees Celcius. This steam is introduced to the inlet manifold and instantly vaporises the fuel. This reduces the temperature of the mixture to approximately 150 degrees Celcius due to the phase change of the fuel. The resulting fuel vapour, steam and air mixture is more easily ignited than the fuel "droplets" and air mixture that occurs in an ordinary engine, thus enabling the correct fuel/air mixture to be maintained, but using significantly less fuel to do so. This is due to the fact that in a conventional engine, it is only the vapour that surrounds the fuel "droplets" that contributes to the fuel/air mixture, with the droplets only burning and creating heat in the process. The important thing is that all of the "heat" of combustion goes into expanding the mixture, while none is lost in vaporising the fuel, etc.
Another advantage of this process is that it gives lower exhaust emissions as combustion occurs at a much lower temperature due to the steam. This causes reduced Nitrous Oxide emissions in the exhaust. When carbon fuels burn in the presence of steam, the carbon robs the Oxygen from the water (H20) to form Carbon Dioxide (C02), leaving Hydrogen (H2) to burn as a separate combustion. Thus the exhaust gasses tend to be C02 + H2 + H20, rather than CO + C02 + H20, with the only compound not mentioned before being CO which is Carbon Monoxide.
Steam has a far greater Coefficient of Expansion than hot air: i.e. a smaller quantity will "push" a piston much further. Due to the lower temperature of combustion (fuel/air is approx. 2500C, while steam/fuel/air is approx. 750C) and the smaller charge of fuel/air in each induction, the engine runs at a greatly reduced temperature. This means that less of the fuel's energy ends up being lost in the radiator, exhaust and in direct radiation from the engine. This all adds up to improvements in fuel economy, less emissions, less exhaust noise and longer engine life. I estimate that the basic set up can be built for $300 to $400, which is one third the price of an LPG conversion. Fuel consumption should be about 25%, which for a Holden makes it around 100MPG!!! WHAT IS SUPERLIGHT ?

SuperLight is magnetic light; it is magneto–electric radiation.
Regular light is electric light or electro–magnetic radiation. There is parity or symmetry the Universe, everything has an equal and opposite mirror–image counterpart, the Ying and the Yang, right and left, matter and anti matter, the electron and the positron. Why not light?
Both science and metaphysics have honored this parity law in all things except light. They are wrong. There is parity in light as well !
I will now explain and give you more detail.
SuperLight is the unseen force in nature that has been ignored by science but real to the mystics and metaphysicians for thousands of years. It has been given different names by different cultures for thousands of years.
A Nuous, Chi, Biomagnetic Energy, Wilhelm Reich's Orgone Energy, Tesler's Free Earth Energy, Animal Magnetism, Space Energy, Vacuum Energy, and Zero Point Energy, etc. Those who have subtle perception know it is real.
SuperLight was identified scientifically over 100 years ago when James Clerk Maxwell<http://www.hbci.com/%7Ewenonah/new/report.htm> solved his famous wave equation. This occurred shortly after radio was invented by Nikola Tesla<http://www.hbci.com/%7Ewenonah/new/tesla.htm>, and theoretical physicists tried to find a mathematical model to explain radio waves. When using positive numbers in Maxwell's Equations this explains radio waves and also all forms of electro–magnetic radiation such as light, radio, TV, microwaves, x–rays, etc. What his equation also explains 100 years ago was SuperLight but because it was the solution that comes from the use of negative numbers, "this second solution" was ignored for over 100 years. Remember when you were taught algebra and were told to ignore imaginary numbers (e.g. The square root of –1) because they have no meaning in this world. Well, times have changed and now we have a very valid second solution to Maxwell's equation and it is SuperLight.
In the mid 70's a scientist, Dr. William Tiller, at Stanford University took another look at Maxwell's equation and asked; "What does this second solution explain when interpreted in our world."{1}
To understand this second solution, we must first review what the first or positive solution explains. The first solution is as follows: Radio waves leave the antenna and radiate out into space from a point source (the antenna) equally in all directions into space toward infinity traveling at the speed of light. The wave is composed of a large electrical component and a small magnetic component 90 degrees to the electrical component. Thus named, electro–magnetic radiation.
The second solution describes a particle wave of just the opposite structure. It explains that from infinity traveling toward the point source from all directions radiates SuperLight. This new radiation is composed of a large magnetic component and a small electrical component, thus the name, magneto–electric radiation. When the equations are looked at more closely, one finds that "SuperLight" travels at the speed of light squared ! 1020 meters per second, or 10 billion times faster than light<http://www.hbci.com/%7Ewenonah/new/gravity2.htm>.
It has a frequency 10 billion times higher, and has a corresponding, shorter wavelength. It therefore has a higher energy density.
The question one asks immediately is, "if it is so powerful, how come we do not feel it, or how come it is not detected scientifically?" Well, the frequency is so high, its wave length so short, (4 x 10–8 nano–meters, or 4 x 10–17 meters), its velocity so fast, that it goes through everything as though the substance was nearly completely transparent (like glass).
We can say the higher frequency is completely penetrating like x–rays, but even more so. More information, regarding the relative size, will be given later.
WHERE DOES SUPERLIGHT COME FROM ?
It comes out of black holes !
First, I will describe how regular light is formed and then make the analogy for SuperLight.
Regular electro–magnetic radiation or light is formed when electric monopoles give off energy. The electron in orbit about our atoms is an electric monopole — as it changes its' orbit it either gives off or absorbs energy in the form of electro– magnetic radiation. Sunlight is converted into electricity by this process in a solar cell. Just the opposite occurs in optical diodes, which convert electricity into light.
So, electro magnetic radiation or visible light is produced when an electron (an electric monopole) lowers its orbit and releases its energy in the form of light.
Now, I believe a similar event occurs in the extremely dense and hot matter found in black holes. It is theorized that black holes contain magnetic monopoles and when these extremely dense, extremely small, extremely energetic magnetic monopoles release energy by lowering their orbit they radiate magneto–electric radiation, our SuperLight. So black holes really are not so black. They are radiant beings of SuperLight. Of course SuperLight escapes the strong gravitation forces of the black holes because its velocity is the square of the velocity of light and it therefore, can easily escape.{7}
The current scientific thinking is that in the center of every galaxy in the universe is a black hole. There are billions and billions of galaxies all around us, and they all are producing SuperLight. We are literally bathed in a three-dimensional dynamic energy field, or an "Ether" of SuperLight — a Dynamic Ether.
SUPERLIGHT and LIFE
I believe that SuperLight is the prime activating energy in the universe and accounts for the production of what we call life. I believe SuperLight interacts with special forms of matter in our bodies and produces what we call Vital Life Forces. These special forms of matter are found in bones, micro–crystals and also in the various fluids in the body, that contain cell salts. There are also, believed to be organic molecules in some body fluids, that are believed to be liquid crystalline in structure. These change state (liquid to crystal) very readily, with a extremely small change in energy (e.g. emotions).
Another form of organized structure found in the body, are the multitude of long parallel conductive protein structures, that form phase arrays like structures{5}. Like the phased array radio telescope in Socorro, New Mexico, they pick up extreme weak signals and amplify them, by being in phase. It is also suggested, that these proteins may have room temperature superconductivity. It is these organized structures in living things, that produce a coherence that has resonance with very minute amounts of SuperLight. Most of it passes through matter, between the nucleus and electron, without even coming in contact with them.
Our body is electronic in nature{2-5} and it is composed of millions and billions of micro–electronic units that are formed in structures that have a phase array organization{3}. I believe that the electronic resonance in these organized conductive molecules, have some resonance with very small amounts of SuperLight and that these energy fields and currents are responsible for the human aura and the energy vortexes found in the body chakra area. They also produce the Vital Life Forces. But, since SuperLight is so powerful, even a very, very small amount produces more than enough energy to sustain life. Thus, life is produced and sustained by specific forms and amounts of organized matter, and old age and eventual death occurs when too much disorder and disease comes into our bodies and breaks up this ordered structure. At that point, the body can no longer produce enough Vital Life Force from SuperLight to sustain itself. I also believe that all forms of organized matter produce its own aura–finger–prints or energy signature when it reacts with SuperLight.
There are many sensitive people, who can detect and read the aura of living entities and substances. Our body can determine whether this energy is good or bad for itself. I believe that this accounts for Kineseology and also explains how herbs work on the body. For example, each herb has an energy field signature that has a special attunement to specific body parts and its presence helps "kick off" or reactivate that energy center which may be slow or stopped, because of some illness or disease. Therefore, SuperLight to the rescue, through the herb structure that is appropriate to that area of the body in need.
Crystals to the rescue also. Crystals are very organized structures and thus according to this thesis are also converters or transducers of SuperLight. This is where their energy comes from and explains how they seemingly can radiate a positive signal continuously without being recharged. As with herbs, crystals and minerals of different chemistries and structures, develop different types of energy fields. This explains why different crystals have different effects on different parts of the body. The key to crystal healing is to match the required energy with the proper crystal that produces that specific energy need.
As scientists and experimenters become more aware of SuperLight and start to understand it, experiments and instruments will be designed to attune to these energies. In the future, I conceive of manufacturing simulated body structures{4} which will be micro–size phase array assemblies made of room temperature superconductors. They will be converters SuperLight into Vital Life Force for healing. Specific micro–structures will be designed to attune to, and resonate with, the exact energy needed, in the specific part of the body that needs an energy boost for healing and regeneration.
It is said, that the priests in Atlantis lived for thousands of years, and that their secret was that they, at times, would sleep in crystal lined caves and that this would rejuvenate their bodies, bringing healing and new growth.
I propose that, in the very near future, I will be able to test this idea with the fiber crystal that I am making in my lab in Albuquerque. Soon, I hope to be able to grow my fiber crystals long enough, and in large enough quantities, that we will be able to spin these crystals into yarn. Once spun into yarn, single crystal fiber cloth could be woven to make crystal cloth head and wristbands, hats, and meditation shawls. You could even stuff your mattress with crystal fiber, or cover your bedroom wall with crystal fiber cloth wallpaper. This should stimulate creativity, imagination, healing and regeneration.
Now this next idea may sound way out, but, I believe that it will be possible to make room temperature superconductors of crystal fiber. If this becomes possible, we are talking about levitation, and possibly even a magic carpet.
So, the door is wide open with the possibilities of working with SuperLight energies, through the use of single crystal fibers. I believe these need to be high purity crystal fibers, in order to have the coherence necessary to resonate with SuperLight.
SUPERLIGHT AND GRAVITY
Gravity is not an intrinsic property of matter<http://www.hbci.com/%7Ewenonah/new/matter.htm>, neither is inertia<http://www.hbci.com/%7Ewenonah/new/inertia.htm>. These secondary forces are both formed by the reaction of matter to the dynamic field of SuperLight. Gravity is not an attraction! It is the result of a universal pressure, exerted by SuperLight as it rains in from infinity, from all directions, onto every object. Materials are not 100% transparent to SuperLight. I estimate, perhaps about 99.99999999% transparent. As a consequence, all material domains, all "matter", experiences an acceleration caused by SuperLight. Every "particle" is affected by a slight drag, or pressure differential, as SuperLight travels past and through them.
Quantum Particle Interactions, come into play as SuperLight joins in, or exits the activities of the particle domain. Field effects come into play, as the SuperLight Entity travels through the Atomic Atmosphere producing drag. Drag turbulence and particle pressures combine to produce the accelerational force we know as gravity.
This acceleration is of little consequence when a single object is in space, at a very great distance from other objects, since the force vectors cancel out. However, when a second object comes close to the first object, then, the two objects shield each other from the full power of SuperLight pressure on the opposite sides of the objects facing each other. As a result of this, the objects experience a net accelerational force toward each other, which is directly proportional to their mass. Mass that produces the mutual shielding that each object experiences. Thus, falsely, each object is said to be attracted to each other ! In reality, they are being pushed together by the net differential force of SuperLight pressure which results from the slight absorption of SuperLight as it passes through these objects. This, according to my theory, is what creates gravity. It is a push exerted by SuperLight, on objects shielding each other, from a portion of the SuperLight radiation.
Gravity then becomes the "Weak Force", from the effects of porous matter. An atom of matter is about 1018 parts void for each part of solid matter. The wavelength of SuperLight is much smaller than the typical atomic dimension. Thus, most of SuperLight passes through the atomic structure unopposed. However, when SuperLight contacts the nucleus or electrons it produces the force that holds the electrons in orbit, and the nucleus together. It is the nuclear glue. This gives matter its chemical properties. Thus, gravity is the weak force since only a very small amount of SuperLight interacts with matter on the atomic scale. An example that will give you some idea as to how porous solid matter is, as follows: Let us expand the nucleus of an atom to the size of a golf ball, then the electrons in orbit about this nucleus would be about the size of a pea. Now when this pea makes its orbit about the golf ball its orbit is not a few feet or even a few yards in diameter, its orbit is about 2 miles in diameter. Matter is mostly composed of void or space and the energy rays of SuperLight, whose wavelength is many times smaller than the diameter of the electron, will to a large extent miss the particle regions, as it rains through the atomic region. Only a small amount of SuperLight interacts with the nucleus and electrons while the majority will pass right through the region.
NUCLEAR FORCE
The structure of the nucleus is extremely dense, when compared to that of the atom as a whole. The particles of matter in the nucleus are much closer to each other, than those in the electron. The nucleus is probably in the order of 1028 more dense. Thus, the force that holds the nucleus together, must be very strong.
In reality, it is still the effects of SuperLight pushing and interacting, that holds the components of nucleus together. These stronger interactions on the nucleus, are a result of its increased relative density and ability to shield SuperLight. It is the density and geometry of matter that changes the forces we see. Thus, from One Source, comes the One Force, that divides and manifests itself in so many interesting ways.
The relative packing symmetry is very critical in the nucleus and this accounts for the relative stability of various nuclei. A less symmetrical structure, results in radioactivity and an unstable nucleus. In this way, SuperLight helps to explain radioactivity.
SUPERLIGHT IS THE SINGULARITY
(The University Field or Energy Source)
Einstein spent the last half of his life in search of a unifying field theory that would unite all forces into one. I believe that with SuperLight, a theory can be developed to explain this idea. SuperLight; one force, once source. The concept I've developed is new, and all aspects have not yet been considered, but what has been covered appears to fit quite well with our current understanding of reality.
I propose that SuperLight energy is the singularity or universal energy force in all nature and that its interaction with various forms of matter and energy produce all other forces in the Universe. Specific atomic structures and sub-atomic structures are resonant to and interact with some aspects of SuperLight as it passes through them and our bodies. I am very interested in the device you posted about for fire control. Unfortunately your posts are not parsable by subject matter. Do you think this application has potential for forest fires and if so what is required to build a prototype? From the brief description available it appeared to be some sort of air pump connected to a neg ion source. Do you know the size of the generator used for fuel fires you mentioned? Is just a series of 15 kv diode rectified flybacks sufficient or are more relativistic voltages employed/required? Interesting I have not found patent of Teslas magnetic spark gap but the description and drawing are available in The inventions, researches and writings of Nikola Tesla by Thomas Commeford Martin. There also seemed to be magnetic vacuum rectifiers build for a short spell but have not found much more about these interesting claimed devices that the occasional mutterings.
I know you also mentioned that some Tesla coils can produce this effect so is this a matter of timing of a rectified primary? Need to get my thyratron up and online, so many chores and so much to build.

Back in the early 80s, I was designing some PM motors and became friends with the Production Manager at General Magnetics (Southland Corp) in Dallas for they manufactured speaker magnets of all size and shapes. My frequent visits with him, I saw the mixing, molding, firing and magnetizing of the then Barium Ferite magnets. EPA mandated the end of the use of barium in the manufacturing process with a strontium substitute. The barium magnets became available from Brazil and China. Back when I visited with Don Martin and got the dimensions of Sparky's magnets I found them at Edmund Scientific so bought the exact same Sweet magnets. I was scrapping sown all the main frame (IBM) computers in the DFW area and found that the early versions of the big hard drives had the barium magnets which Joel and I used in the MRA (Mini Sweet).

I am sure you have thought far more about Hydrogen than most other people, I read your patent.
Protium and molecular, not sure where the electron difference is but there seems to be the potential of a hole difference or at least a neutron missing. Very interesting what happens with a Coleman battery in that it emits neutrons. As no one really seems to know what a hole is, some say it's protons but I think proton electricity is a different animal.
Tesla always said it was a gas and lighter than Hydrogen so maybe the mono form is one of the light Aether gasses since it has no neutron and would only need a proton to gather an electron. If it shows up from out of nowhere that is a key to dimensional tuning.
It's either coming from the (ZP) aether well or earth well so we do agree on the origin. Also have a theory about rain forming in a similar way. When we have these weather systems starting on the west cost and dumping billions of gallons all across the country more than the clouds could ever hold. As the high and lower clouds commingle I thing they convert nitrogen to hydrogen and oxygen.
I don't think I have seen an influence machine work properly without a ground connection so they are in fact pumps.
OK I have been wondering about all the todo of rectifying and then fractioning the HV to a coil vs straight up static charge from a serious influence machine for the neutral spike.
The Felici device sounds like something to build someday. Also interesting what NASA is doing with the helium to hold H in the Protium state.
Bill Lyne had the monoatomic furnace which is a great idea too. I think there are some deep truths in William Lynes writings even if some of the whys and wherefores may be misinterpreted.
Dielectric stress in piezo crytals is another field I intend to pursue as far as attempting electrets and anisotropic alignments and restructuring. I think Barrium Ferrite might be piezoelectric, don't recall right now, but either way it seems to be a very good insulator and something that can fraction electrons from the B field. I imagine you played with this stuff quite a bit during your MRA design and likely noticed some interesting aspects of the material.
There was a guy who was using magnetic tape rings and tape heads for a OU lenz free generator. He had a single sine wave freq and claimed he could loop generating electricity in this way as the tape passing by the heads each putting out about 9 volts did not seem to get loaded down. Probably just another tuned high impedance system. Find it interesting as mag tape is mostly barium ferrite particles.

I am working with the ground return so there is the
extra energy not just from the additional in the
coil collapse but from the neutral spike Norm is on
to. It is elusive because it requires a solid
negative pulse for that huge power return strike
just like lighting. With positive lightening there
is no return strike. The return mucks up everything
silicon so no wonder it has been completely
engineered around. It's difficult to get solid
negative with high voltage as the oscillations
provide as you know the counter field so the proper
neg polarity to input of a coil doesn't cut it but
is a good start. This is why Tesla was using
magnetic to fraction out the negative traveling wave
which is what he referred to as radiant. I am sure
certain materials also contribute to a more pure
charge one way or the other just like with static
charges. We just have to learn to use the proper
materials in our coils for the expected outcomes.

What is Heat #2
For about 10 years I have been studying the effects of
heating and cooling associated with the phase change of
liquids with the hope of building a simple generator of
electrical power around the phenomenon. The reason for this
interest is based on the theory that energy can be extracted
from the ambient background via thermal differentials. My
line of thinking really took off back when I experimented
with the all too familiar Peltier junction devices found in
electronic cooling devices. Would you believe that most
people do not understand how these devices move thermal
energy through a current flow across a semiconductor
junction. Historically we find that German physicist,
Thomas Seebeck back in 1820 observed that when heat was
applied to a junction of copper and steel wire that
electrical energy resulted. Later in 1834 Jean Peltier
discovered that when a direct current was applied to two
dissimilar metals the junction got hot or cold. It was not
until 1838 that Emil Lenz clearly showed the importance of
both Seebeck and Peltier s discoveries by placing a drop of
water on the junction of dissimilar metals which froze then
melted when the polarity of the direct current was
reversed. These discoveries remained dormant for over 100
years because of the unavailability of semiconductor
materials which could provide the wide temperature
differentials. In the 1930 s semiconductor materials became
available which revived the electric cooling principles. In
the 1960 s many companies began building spot cooling
devices and refrigerators based on these effects using a
junction material of bismuth-telluride. Today more advanced
materials are used with the basic parameters of being a pore
thermal conductor but being an excellent electrical
conductor. The dissimilar materials must provide a high
coefficient of voltage temperature relationship. The first
Peltier devices that I experimented with back about 10 years
ago were built by Marlow Industries here in Dallas. With a
small temperature differential across the device a weak
current with an attendant voltage was developed. Increasing
the differential provided a proportional increase in current
and voltage. About 6 years ago I posted a chart of the
wattage generated from two different size Peltier chips on
the KeelyNet BBS. My curiosity was based on the puzzle of
how electron flow could move thermal energy across the
junctions and how electrical energy was produced by moving
thermal energy across the junction. This is a directly
reversible situation based on polarity.
Now let us look at a very familiar parallel process used in
refrigeration, cooling and heating devices employing phase
change material such as water and refrigerants. We have
always been led to believe that evaporating water provided
cooling effects which is a mechanical process. By the same
mechanical process we are provided heating effects by the
condensation of a gas back to a liquid phase change. Would
you believe that any material that undergoes a phase change
provides an attendant electrical effect. Back in 1840
Armstrong invented an electrostatic generator based on
escaping steam through insulated nozzles which provided one
of the most powerful devices of this type ever built.
Popular belief was that this was a frictional process with
the electrical output resulting from the steam friction
passing through the nozzles. After reading an old (1920 s)
Thermodynamics in Chemistry text book I realized that the
phase change of materials was an electrical phenomenon and
not purely mechanical. The atoms of the material lose or
gain electrons in the process which accounts for the
discrepancy in the energy equation when a material
transitions between phases. More energy is present after
the phase change back to the lower form or atomic state. The
text book stated that this phenomenon could not be
explained. When Jerry and I attended a Conference hosted by
Hal Puthoff down in Austin back about 6 years ago a
physicist from Austria presented a paper on the phase change
of water and the attendant electrical phenomenon which is
totally not understood by modern science. Now my suspicions
were confirmed that phase changes of materials are an
electrostatic phenomenon, which leads us to the fundamental
question of, What is heat? We were told in the school
that heat is the presence of energy and cool is the absence
of energy. What is the form of this energy? Let us look at
a very simple example of heating which may explain this
process. When sunlight strikes an absorbing surface it is
heated because electrons in the material are converted to
photons which are emitted in the infrared band of light
leaving the material in a net positive state or hot. The
more electrons a material looses the hotter it becomes. Now
the inverse situation is explored by evaporating some water
from the surface of a material which leaves the surface in a
net negative state or cold. Heat or cold is based on the
ion relationship in the material. When we apply a flame
(ionizing) to a material we cause the emission of photons
which is basically stripping away electrons from the atomic
structure causing a gross net positive situation to occur.
Now we are getting a picture as to how an electric current
across the Peltier junction can transport thermal energy
(ions). Since the energy is in the form of presence or
absence of electrons then it is a simple explanation as to
how the process works. All phase change processes work the
same way basically via ion transport and are not mechanical
processes which we were taught. Everything in chemistry is
an electrical or electrostatic process at the atomic level
based on the ionized state of the atoms involved.
At a Vanguard Science Roundtable discussion several years ago
we talked about the ion wind method of fire fighting in
which ionized air will extinguish a flame because of the
cooling effects. Now we see Patents issued based on
negative ion spraying of a surface causing it to rapidly
cool because it becomes net negative charged. This is a
very efficient method of air conditioning because an ion
generator operates at very high voltages with very little
current involved. It is possible to develop this ion
transport (thermal energy) to provide direct electrical
output from very subtle temperature differentials. Remember
that this is a direct reversible process where a thermal
differential will cause a development of current and voltage
as in the Peltier device. I hope that this dialog will
provide some food for thought out there on the KeelyNet.

BTW, when the Patent Office started researching "Super Conductivity" they ran right into Tesla's work with the idea of using the Linde, liquid air process to provide a super conductive Tesla Coil primary. Tesla understood the power of a "Cold Sink" with electron densities of a very high order! "Hmmmmn"!
