As far as the ions desiring to go "home " with little to no resistance (hence the cold result) the simplest thing to do is build a giant monopole.  He said there is the mechanical advantage from the energy you can rob from the wheel.
It's the best tranferrance of the heavygases from the ion pump (magnet) .(His bloch wall theory)
As far as the quantum batt.
It will be eventually even simpler. Only now to come up with the simplest general build the with groups of various builds perfecting it.
The quantum juice values will have all the misterious charges  + -   and general neutral values that are to be determined on the intended energy of the build.
As JB said they will soon come out with a multimeter to measure this.
The water can be eventually dialed in to cure any illness and eventually repair dna.
Extending cell life etc.

It a shame that quantum batteries will replace all other batteries. It's a blessing a and a curse. Why ?because we at home probley will be able to make them .then you will be chained to the people who can .and if they can't because of war ect .your back to the stone age .Sol.  Warren's idea with lead acid is about the best so far .at least you can make them .
