As Hector pointed out, we need to establish a sustaned ferroresonant
condition at the new targeted frequency (X-L = X-C) in the LC tank! Look
at the photo evidence of ferroresonant targeted conditions. There has
been documented 10X multiplication of both voltages and current under
these targeted conditions. Now your task (if you accept) is to figure
out how to capture the energy in a sustained ferroresonant condition!
The is a Magneto-Electric EMP like event, only a little more tame.

https://aktif.net/en/Aktif-Blog/Technical-Articles/Ferroresonance

http://actaenergetica.org/article/en/ferroresonance-phenomenon-in-power-plant-auxiliary-grids.html?tab=article

These are the conditions that Hector is talking about with his strobe banger circuit. Sustained resonant conditions. My neutral Spike experiments were of a single shot nature and so destructive that I did not try to create a sustained train of the EMP events. Once you see the effects of the EMP event you too would be a little gun shy. All of the often talked about effects of cold electricity.
