BTW!  Tesla's magnetic horn gap was best method the eliminate any ring 
in the DC (negative)  shots that make the longitudunal wave (radiant 
energy). Remember in my experiment with the Tesla Fire, I had reversed 
my HVDC power supply diodes so to output cathode (negative) output.  
X-ray tubes use anode (positive) supply.
