This what I found with pulsed dc flyback and backemf recovery circuits....something big is going on with same pulse width as primary, but delayed in time as like echo ( about 5 degrees delay you have to experiment to find it perfect)

This the exact time and pulse width to extract power and do it in reverse polarity as primary (should be anyways since belief is fly back mixed using time with backemf opposin9g firce)

Fill big cap at this time after rectifying...might help might confuse and distract don't worry just my two cents.
