 Remember the Hal Putoff one watt challenge? 
 Was all this or before or after or during that big cash money prize to anyone who can "prove without doubt to him" that you have something overunity....and only one watt is all it will take....
 Cant remember what the prize was but I would guess this contest was meant to bring all the inventors and scientists out of the woodwork and contact hin - now a nice list is created pf who to threaten, who to cancel any hope of patenting device, who to steal tech from, who to steal and patent yourself via corporate CIA controlled business, so tech never sees light of day, who to discourage with his "brilliant"lump resistive load testing set up to ruin everything make it look 10% efficient when in actuality it is 7 times overunity....
 Chernetsky was murdered I am sure the CIA made it look like the Russians did it, as supposedly he wanted to come to USA  (to win and claim the one watt challenge?) But I would guess HP made some  classified reports to interested parties in black suits who took a short vacation to Russia......
