FYI, The transformer set up depicted by Puthoff has a very high turns
ratio which would properly explain the differential in bulb
brilliance. The MRA had a 1/1 turns ratio on the very first MRA that
he tested! The subsequent MRAs built had a turns ration based on PHI 1:
1.6 ratio which would obviate his argument! SIMPLE PHYSICS! In a phone
call, Hal Puthoff called the fact that the 100mw bulb would not glow in
primary was due to slipping potential past bulb via RF. Ha Ha!
