WernerI love your thinkingI machine up my brush holders, but one can also simply buy nice industrial ones pretty cheap, (after I had mine made already)phenolic with the linen cloth in it is good, but so is epoxy and glass fiber.Hobart or Lincoln motor generator brushes for pipeline work use DC. with brushes.
