Think of your individual energy problems, and solve those.By being successful on a small scale, it can show others how it can be done.Thorium is available in small quantities.A back yard nuclear generator may not be desireable if your nut case neighbour is building one, considering the mess he made building his garden shed.
Cutting down on simply wasting the energy one consumes, makes the job easier.The end solution may be very simple, and small.Cheers Warren
