Thanks norm on the DC conversion never hear of that .but I think that
what's important hear is continuity of pattern in designs  one very hi
positive DC voltage pluses Thu a spark gap .good results from carbon siver
tipped rods. Tesla's way and don smith's way Bedini way but no gap just hi
voltage DC impulses looks like the Swiss wheel way .all this points to hi
positive DC hi voltage implied creating broken symmetry .in the ether .
