 I was not sure of the terms of your offer, is one required to go to where you are or are you coming to North America later for some instruction?

 Does your device self spin at synchonus speed or require a prime mover?
 

 I suggest you put down all the information and send us encrypted unreadable files of how this unit works and is built with the key stashed on a time delayed mail system in case something happens to you so you have bargaining power with the MIB.  Time the key to release each week or month or whatever unless you change it.
 Also have a friend hold some form of data inside prepaid envelope to send somewhere like wikileaks in case of your disapearence.  Also suggest as soon as you are able to begin your operation showing people go for the most possible in the shortest time.
