 It was about 10 years or more ago when she fired someone up there at the top of government either the acting prime minister or governor general, I don't recall.
  
 The queen has much more power than a statue and can fire the prime minister through the governor general if she gets a bug up her arse.  Whether the Canadian people would stand for it is another story but she does have a multiplicity of legal powers.  I may be wrong but believe Canada is still a commonwealth which allows for some very old laws to still have teeth.  I should know more about Canada but do know the Canadian central bank was started in 34 back when the PTB absorbed the western and European banking which was much of the cause of WW2 when Germany refused to roll over.
  
 Who do you say your pledge of allegiance to in public schools?  Who is on your money?
 If one ignores the the owners of the Crown Corporations owned by the Sovereign, which in Canada means the Queen...  I think the United States is the only country in the world where an average living man or woman is/was considered a sovereign which is very important.  It is sad most Americans have no idea and shit this standing down the toilet back in the 30's.  Benjamin Franklin said we are operating under a Republic if we can keep it.  Sadly we have been very remiss. Most people here think we are operating as a democracy.  I will blame public schools for this naivety along with discounting the brilliance through scorn because someone like Jefferson owned a slave. Africans and American Indians dealt in slaves all the time, human nature what’s new…  blame the white man because the victims had clean hands only selling eachother for millenia.  Europeans just upped the ane of the system with ruthless assembly line brutality.   USA was started by the East India Company and went to war to become sovereign due to King Georges taxes.  Canada was started by the Hudson Bay Company and I don't think ever had any formal war or splitting of the sheets with the UK.

 What is he claiming here? same thing as Hector and Norm’s neutral spike same effect different terms Don Smith used differing nomenclature called it conjugant energy.  As Norm said it is the inverse of EM is why it does not appear on the scope. Harvesting  has to do with the core and hitting it with pulses strong enough to saturate the core so it enters into resonance and drops back down, pumped like a laser by flash bang the great dane.  That’s why one requires the stack of expensive caps to hit it hard enough. (they also modify the SWR of the spark gap to the earth to properly phase L1)  A pumped inductor can convert the earth displacement current into something useful.
 Not any transformer will work properly.  In the small devices like TarielK’s they are using a core that has a very asymmetric BH curve to switch polarity quickly and hard. Such as a magnet conditioned along the lines of the VTA which many other people know how to accomplish besides Sparky Sweet.  Start conditioning magnets and one will get visitors!
  
 Moly Permalloy is a good core material as is MuMetal with a slightly lower saturation Hyperco 50a has the highest saturation potential, Don Smith used Terfenol D due to the hysteresis and ringing property at the knee as it is the most magnetostrictive alloy generally known and piezoelectric.  
  Got to get the first coil set tranny to charge the caps as fast as possible then crack the whip on the spark gap and resistor loaded transformer sitting on the negative coupled side of the spark gap(neutral spike) as the collapsing field is phased (power corrected) to suck up all that lovely earth mother displacement energy.  Smith talked of magnetic resonance rather than electrical resonance not the E field, the damn B field.  Tesla concentrated on the B field, his displeasure with Marconi's abuse of his discoveries- his wireless used inductors to ground not concentrating the E field antenna side as we do now. Same with the earth radio guy Rogers of the 30s.  It’s the B field we want to concentrate on as Hector states amps without voltage.  Not sure why the alleged Don Smith experts never made that clear, perhaps this will help clarify the issue.
