Yes that's like what they were saying about this called it a cold energy
pump each time the atoms flipped it left some beta energy from the vacuum
.because there was no change in the atom you could use the same material
forever without loss of any of it .an carbon was low on the list of
possible elements lithium wass the highest ..way high . I was thinking with
this having to have a coil or other magnetic device around it to direct the
beta flow .and the higher the voltage the better it works ..one guy said
over 100 volts it really gets going .well the back EMF spiking like in
bedini's work with bifile coils was like 300 and up volts this might
contribute to the over all energy release .same with the Newman
configuration he said the more copper the greater the return energy . they
may have been dancing around this effect unawares .if you were to add one
of these carbon rod spark gaps with the right amount of magnet control in
to the out put of a Bedini or any POS pulse high voltage out put you could
measure how long it takes to charge a big cap with and with out the
magnetic field on to determine results .it may be at the heart of all of it
. .in stead of arking between two carbon rods might put a neon between them
for the ark to save the carbon ?.
