I learned along time ago people are not going to knock down your door just for being smart or innovative unless they feel a big threat like with something they want to suppress. You know enough high tech fantastic things. Think of something simple and innovative, develop it for market, that is how this place works, you chose to come here, quitchurbitchin and make it happen.
