I learned along time ago people are not going to knock down your door 
just for being smart or innovative unless they feel a big threat like 
with something they want to suppress.  You know enough high tech 
fantastic things.  Think of something simple and innovative, develop it 
for market, that is how this place works,you chose to come here, 
quitchurbitchin and make it happen.  You can make the world a more 
interesting place and get rich while you're at it.  Defeatism doesn't do 
fuck all besides produce votes from cant make it happen losers for 
politicians.

For most people the bench is the hard part and product development easy, 
you resolved the hard part already.  In other words your 3/4 there, how 
many wish they had that problem...  Ask Norm he knows what to do.
