This sounds a lot like the hivoltage between two pieces of carbon with a
alignment magnetic coil around them to direct the beta radiation Thu the
cabin to the wires the spark fills the carbon to boron and the it falls
back to carbon releasing much energy as beta energy .being traveling at 62%
the speed of light make a big EMF on impact considered to be the same as
electric energy . even living this setup in line as a spark would or should
jump your out put .but check for any radiation comming off .
