James!  You asked if I had other papers on this phenomenon! Hector and I 
have posted many times all the relevant documentation about this subject 
but as Hector said, You folks do not read and try to understand.  Please 
read all of the post that I recently (today) posted on this site.  At 
first you will say, Non of this makes sense.  You have to examine each 
piece f the puzzle to understand the big picture we are painting.  The 
tried and proven EMP producing (non nuclear) Flux compression generator 
is a classic case of taking a magnetically saturated inductor of very 
high Henry value and at super speed reduce its Henry value to zero.  The 
huge amount of energy therein contained is converted into an EMP or 
should I say a MEP  (Magneto-Electric Pulse) which is the total inverse 
of the Electro-magnetic pulse.  Ole explained why the sting occurs from 
the Tesla experiments and are not shielded by Faraday cages.  The 
frequencies associated with the MEP are at frequencies same as Cosmic 
rays so have the penetrating power sort of like the Neutrino. Just as 
the holes in a microwave screen have to be small enough to block the 
associated frequency, the MEP is such high frequency that it penetrated 
even the solid metals since it can pass through the atomic latices.   
This was a case of varying the inductance value of the inductor while it 
is saturated.  Now comes the case of varying the value of a capacitor 
while holding a charge.  Charles Yost, My friend who (RIP) published the 
Electric Spacecraft Journal, published an article, Encyclopedia 
Britannica, Variable Capacitor Device that produced over-unity DC from 
electrostatic input. The Hyde article (Rex-Research) gives great 
detail.  I built one and it does work. The is where you change the 
capacitance value of a capacitor with a charge.  You make it inhale and 
exhale, so to speak.  The reason the Hyde Generator is over-unity is 
there is no Lenz Effect with the rotation of a variable capacitor.  
Output (DC) far exceeded the energy needed to create the electrostatic 
charge.   I have posted the Felici Electrostatic Machine on here and did 
not get a single question on this incredible device.  Here is a case 
where you have HARD DC power output of 3000 watts at 300,000V all 
produced from a dielectric media of high pressure pure hydrogen gas.  I 
asked you where did the electrons come from?? As shown, the condenser/ 
capacitor stores it's charge in the electron displacement in the 
dielectric and not on the plates. The dielectric of the Felici Generator 
is the space vacuum or as we like to call it the aether.  The hydrogen 
gas is the transfer media.    Thank You Ole for you give learned though
