In a resonant "tank" you have three factors. Impedance, Capacitance & 
Resistance.   When at absolute "peak" (lossless region) highest possible 
"Q", X-L & X-C totally cancel out leaving only "resistance", consider if 
your resistance is "lowest possible"!      This is where you wan to be!
