Yes, Ivor used a off the shelf Tectronic pulse generator that was only a coax charged to 10v and open on one end.The 120pS pulse length was 2X the coax length at near light velocity.On the PCB signal and ground plane he measured the propagation of the pulse and found the energy field traveled along the both paths at the same rate.This blew modern physics TEM theory....
