think of a Tesla receiver as a series linear class c amplifier in relation to earth capacity gravity potential tensor . i know that is far beyond your heads but need to understand that the atmospheric capacitor tends to charge earth isolated elements into the negative in respect to earth POSITIVE charge 

that was why telegraph lines were charged into the negative also telephone lines, the air capacity potential kept the battery (zinc carbon) charged so its a fact they used free energy wile maintaining the public totally ignorant on the subject ,,,

 When you make the distinction between magneto electric and electromagnetic, can you quantify this more?
 I assume the magnetoelectric is always inductor based, either collapsing field from an energized coil or via a magnet moving over the inductor and having the same effect.  Is there more to this definition and is the definition always referring to the flyback pulse?
 Is the mechanical device with a permanent magnet passing by an inductor (magneto) or always the highest and best form of magneto electric?  
 Is there something important missing from something non mechanical solid state or tube really fast like a nand gate pulsing a (thyratron) hard switched inductor for the flyback pulse?
 The Tesla device is run by what looks like air batteries, I don't really understand how many are needed or if my air battery assumption is correct.

 Perhaps for storing the harvested earth pulse we go backwards again and look to water capacitors Leyden jars, or have you found something better?

"Yes"! a "milliamp" fly-back pulse can "provoke" an earth response, just as Tesla himself tried to convey way back in 1899 on the page 25, Colorado Springs Notes!  I built a lot of "unidirectional" DC pulse devices and consistently got the  earth response from the "neutral". I worked for 7 years in Marine repair shop and found that the Outboard Marine (Evinrude) back in the early days (before the new single pole CD solid state commuted mags) had a three pole stator design with the flywheel mounted N-S pole moving magnets. "Perfect design which provoked the "Neutral Spike" from the iron core!  I could turn a mag by hand (very low speed) and get a 1/2 inch bright blue spark.   Most folks did not exactly understand the inductor/capacitor relationship.   By "design" the capacitor value was very precise because it perfectly matched the impedance of the inductor iron core coil so that final result was a total cancellation of X-L/ X-C which precisely was at the "peak" of the Universal Resonance Curve. (Lossless region), Ultra high "Q".  Hector told you guys about striving to achieve this Ultra high "Q" when dealing with a resonant tuned circuit.  The old outboard mags did precisely this!  I head so many technicians tell me that the "Condenser" (capacitor) was there to prevent arcing at the breaker points!  "True" for battery driven ignition circuits but totally wrong for magnetos.  The "condenser" in the old magnetos discharged back through the inductor coil  just as the flux reversal was occurring and due to the fact that the Lenz effect does not exist during magnetic field collaspe, there is a series assist and acceleration of the flux decay. "Scope shows" a straight down line which is Tesla's "Compression of energy in time"!     It would be very difficult to calculate the "multiplication factor"!   In ferroresonce phenomenon, a 10X current and voltage has been documented. "But"! was there a "perfect match" of X/C" at the random resonance event! I dare say "not".  If you design your device following the old time Outboard Marine Magneto theory then you will get "off the chart" power multiplication in the earth Neutral spike, just as Tesla pointed out!  I agree with the use of a "plasma" tube "quenched by magnet" to do your commutation of circuit!  This would comply with Tesla's original theory from "Gee"! 1899.  Who would have thought that we re-visit the "Master"!    Hope this will help explain  Ideal "Neutral Spike" development!  All of this is "Magneto-electric" and "NOT" "Electro-magnetic".  Please think in the "inverse"!   "High power" manifest in very small conductors with no heating and all the other weird off shoot phenomenon!  "have seen them all" and posted here to be "shot down" by "conventional experimenters" who write it off as fully explained by conventional electrical theory!  "NOT"!    Believe me!  Can you elucidate the build of a proper magneto for this effect?
