Sven, the "effect" you ave seen with the LEDs turned off but flashing 
was the same "effect" we got with the MRA which "blew our filaments in 
light bulbs that were turned off!  Only neutral side of line connected 
to light bulb. Proof of "Neutral Spike" originating from earth ground!  
"Thanks!"  norm  "BTW" there is "NO" Lenz effect when a magnetic field 
collapses!  That is why you get the 10X or greater multiplication of the 
energy in the collapse pulse. "Instantaneous" "Magneto-electric effect"! 
Anyone wanting to understand this, should go back to the very old 
magnetos like the Fairbanks Morse!
