Hi Hector,
That's a good idea....about the DC rotor.

I think it has to be circular magnetic path for patent idea to work.

As the field in the centre doesn't reverse like it does in a 3 phase power
transformer.
Centre field rotates either clockwise or anti clock at input frequency &
normally the rotor just follows this field.

I already tried 40 metres wire wound through the centre on a big outrunner
motor.

Ran it off a VFD ...VFD gave over 300V ac per phase causing heating of
individual drive coils
but my 40 metre series wind gave me just 6V ac :-(
Rotor turned nicely though.

Going to pull the wire off and try re wrapping around stator poles.
