This patent application also claims excess energy without having to step through the poles. The poles are the normal fixed ones made rotating by using three phased alternating current. This is the normal Tesla rotating field.

The new windings could take six slots per pole as Pierre's stator does. This will make it a four poled stator. This can then be driven by six phases like the way Pierre does it.  Iv'e seen the drawing, but I am not certain what to do next.
