maybe the idea is to make a synchronous motor out of it wired to 240 and run on 120VAC synchronized to line then increase the excitation until it takes power factor to a leading value ...or best low watts .. and use it as a MOTOR generator ...(autonomous)

 This is my first set up for the experiment.  Buggering around with belts,  and pulleys, should likely kill the day getting everything mounted, but I will keep you posted.

Remember  will it be several poles or one freaking pole the method is the same ,,, in making any brushed generator  into an original EV gray motor be in in attraction or repulsion . RV is extra to the mix ,,, ( its the seasoning )
