Viktor Schauberger also made something like this using water. Each nozzle is delivering 17.5 Hp. Schauberger's devices ran into destruction just like Richard Clem's first device did. When reaching some critical speed it becomes self-propellant. A controller or a regulator is needed to prevent self-destruction of this kind of devices.

Doug I hope you can see this rotor I made up in the Canadian Tire store out of parts in the electrical isle.
 The plastic conduit is the same size as shed 40 pipe, so it is compatible with white cpvc water pipe fittings which can glue on to this Pvc with solvent glue.
 I have lots of solid cylinders of pvc in my collection for turning on the lathe, plus sheets of different thickness which are all compatible with each other. It machines better than MDF with either metal or wood working machines. It cuts like a dream on the band saw too.
